Meet Noam Seroussi: Driving Customer Success in ESG Software at ECO-OS

From a degree in history to diving into environmental tech, Noam Seroussi’s journey to ECO-OS is a testament to curiosity, adaptability, and a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability. We sat down with Noam to hear how his path led him to the world of ESG software—and why he believes onboarding is one of the most impactful parts of a customer’s sustainability journey.

Before ECO-OS, how did you become interested in sustainability and ESG software?

I actually started in the Humanities—I studied history and in the multidisciplinary program in humanities for my B.A. But toward the end of my degree, during COVID, I realized I wanted to move into something more connected to the environment, which had always interested me. So I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Environmental Management at Haifa University.
After that, I was looking for work in the field. I was open to anything—education, sustainability, environmental topics. What I love about this field is that it's always interesting, no matter the specific area you're in. It’s multidisciplinary, and every piece of it has value. It doesn’t matter if you’re working on waste, energy, air pollution, or ESG reporting like we do at ECO-OS—it’s all connected to everyday life, and it’s always relevant.
That’s when I realized I didn’t just want to just study environmental issues—I wanted to be part of solving them. I was drawn to the space where business, policy, and sustainability meet, and that’s what eventually brought me to ESG and ECO-OS.

Tell us about your role at ECO-OS.

My role has evolved a lot! I started out in project management, but today I’m focused on customer onboarding and training or what we generally call customer success. I work closely with new clients as they start their journey with ECO-OS’s ESG software —welcoming them, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their first interactions with our platform.
The goal is to help each company not only understand how our software works, but how they can use it to improve their ESG performance. I’m the bridge between our internal teams and our clients—making sure they’re set up for long-term success.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

The work is dynamic, and there’s a lot of learning all the time. The ESG and sustainability fields are changing fast, and each company has a different story. Even companies in the same sector can have very different challenges, which requires lots of creative thinking and diverse knowledge. That makes the work interesting and keeps things moving. I enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table and seeing the direct impact we can make.

What’s one thing your teammates can always count on you for?

A smile! I try to stay positive and grounded, even when things get hectic. It’s a cliché, but I really do believe that no matter what happens, the sun will rise tomorrow.

What excites you about the sustainability field right now?

The momentum. It feels like the world is finally waking up to the reality of climate change, resource scarcity and the associated risks—not just individuals, but businesses, governments, and entire industries.
There’s still a long way to go, but corporate sustainability tools like the ones we build at ECO-OS make it easier for companies to take meaningful action. I love being part of that shift.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I’m a huge football fan and collect club scarves from all over the world. I’ve got around 25–30 so far from different countries. It’s like a passport of my travels (and those of my friends and family—they bring scarves back for me too!).
I’m also an avid scuba diver—I’ve logged over 100 dives. My favorite spot? The Red Sea in Eilat. Nothing beats it.
